SKEPTO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL 2017.The festival is a part of a cultural event including photography, cinema and visual arts which is holding in Cagliari, Italy.
Its main aim is to encourage and give exposure to independent filmmakers from all over the world thereby creating an open space for dialogue and intercultural exchange.
